Notice is hereby given that, at the meeting of the Waipa County Council to be held at Ohaupo on TUESDAY, February 9th, 1886, the following Resolution will be proposed :—: — *' That the following By-law be made to regulate the traffic over Bridges : 41 • That all persona riding or driving over any Bridge under the control of the Council shall do so only at a walkiug pace.' 11 Any person infringing this By-law shall be deemed guilty of an offence, and shall, upon conviction, forfeit and pay a sum not exceeding £1 for eanh offence, to be recovered in the manner provided by the 208 th section of 1 The Counties Act, 1876.'"
