Helensville Races. [BY TELEGRRAPH.— OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Auckland, Friday Night.

At the Helensville races this day the attendance was small. The following is the result of the events :—

MAIDEN I'LATE. St. David 1 Maitiri 2 Larrikin . . . . .3 Seven started. Thi« race was won by half a length. Total isator dividend, £2 19s.

HANDICAP HURDLES. Foster and McLeod'3 Tiger ... 1 Traveller 2 Tiger fell at the first hurdle, giving St. David first place, but Jack McLeod remounted. St. David dropped at the second hurdle, and Tiger won easily.

HELENSVILLE CLT. Tiger, Bat 1 Larrikin, 7st 61b 2 Beanstalk, Bst 101b, also started. Tiger took the lead, and won by six lengths, Larrikin second, and Beanstalk nowhere.
