VyAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL. Special Order re Bridge Traffic. Notice is hereby -given that, at the meeting of the Waipa County Council to be held at Ohaupo on TUESDAY, February 9th, 1886, the following Resolution will be proposed :— " That the following By-law be made to regulate the traffic over Bridges : '• ' That all persons riding or driving over any Bridge under the control of the Council shall do bo only at a walking pace.' " An/ person infringing this By-law shall be deemed guilty of an offence, and shall, upon conviction, forfeit and pay a sum not exceeding £1 for each offence, to be recovered in the manner provided by the 208 th section of « The Counties Act, J876.'
