The Speech from the Throne, delivered by the Queen to- J «y, agrees with the forecust alieady telegraphed. Referring to Irish aff.iir-t, the Speech sbitea that Her Majesty had seen with feelings of deep ■i'UTow the attempt to c<cite m the minds of the people of Ireland hostility to the union. She is resolved t<i oppose any disturbance, and she is convinced that sh« will meet with ov?ry support from the Parliament and thfl people. No efforts will be spaied to protect lier Irish subjects in the exercise of their loyal rights, and to raaiutain their individual liberty.
