XT IRIKIRIROA. ROAD BOARD. WRITTEN TENDERS will be received up to 2 o'clock p tn, on Saturday, the 23rd inst. fur the following works. ]So, 1. Putting iv two sets of two foot pipes on the HukanuiTaupiri Road below Rumney's, and filling in over same, removing old bridges, &c. Pipes to be delivered to contractor at Taupiri. No. 2. Eighty chains |more or less of road forming on the River Road, between Kennys and the Flax Mill Bridge. Specifications to be seen at my office Hamilton on and after Monday next at noon. rpE AWAMUTU PUBLIC POUND. Notice is hereby given to the owner of the wild Brindle Steer apparantly branded Xon right shoulder, aud like on right ribs, and with a hole through each cart now depasturing on the lands of Joseph Carley, at Te Awamutu, to remove the same " within three weeks from 7th January, 1886, otherwise it will be sold by public auction on SATURDAY, 30th January, 1886, at 12 o'clock noon, in the same manner as if it had been impounded and sold by reason of not being released. PROPERTY ASSESSMENT ACT, 1885. In accordance with the above Act, notice is hereby given that the seventeenth clay of February next is the time, and my office, Government Buildings, Wellington, is the place at which all persons in the colony are required, in accordance with the said Act, to furnish statements of all real and personal property belonging to them. Note. — Owners who have sent in statements of property as at Ist October last are not required to furnish statements uuder the above notice. Proceedings to recover penalties will be taken against any person, whether liable to taxation or not, who neglects to forward a statement of property on or before the above date. J. TAKE NOTICE that a summons has been issued against you by the inhabitants of the Pukekura Road District for the sum of eleven shillings and costs, due in respect of the said allotment, and that the case will be heard in the Resident Magistrate's Court of Waikato, holden at Cambridge, on FRIDAY, the twenty-second day of January, 1886, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon. OOROUGH OF HAMILTON. Dog Registration Act.
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with the above Act, all Dogs require to be registered annually. The NEW COLLARS for 1880 are NOW OBTAINABLE at this office. Owners of Dogs not registering same within twenty one diys after this notice are liable to be summoned by the police for a breach of the Act. Registration Fee reduced to 6s. J. M. TAKE NOTICE.— The VALUATION LIST for the Borough of Hamilton for the year ending 31st March, ISB7, IS NOW OPEN FOR INSPECTION at the Council Chambers, Victoriastreet, Hamilton. All objections thereto must be left at the Courthouse, HamiUon, on or before the 15th day of February, 1886, addressed to the Assosment Court, and a copy ot every such objection roust be left at the Council Chambers not less than seven days before the next sitting: of the said Court.
