J/TRIKIRIROA ROAD BOARD. WRITTEN TENDERS will be received up to 2 o'clock p m, on Saturday, the 23rd inst. for the following works. No, 1. Putting in two sets of two foot pipes on the HiikanuiTanpiri Road below Rumney's, and filling in over same, removing old bridges, &c. Pipes to be delivered to contractor at Tan pin. No. 2. Eight chains more or less of road forming on the River Road, between Kennys and the Flax Mill Bridge. Specifications to be seen at my office Hamilton on and after Monday next at noon. T7*IHIKIHI TOWN BOARD. Dog Registration Act. The FEE for the REGISTRATION of DOGS, under the above Act, and its Amendments, for the year 1886 in the Kihikihi Town District, will be five shillings for each dog. Collars will be issued up to February 4th prox, after which date owners of unregistered dogs will be prosecuted without further notice. FORBES GORDON, Dog Registrar. Kihikihi, 12th January 1886.

TN BANKRUPTCY. In the District Court of Waikato and Thames (being a local Court of Bankruptcy, holden at Hamilton). In the matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1883, and of the amendments thereof, and of the Bankruptcy Of BE.VJ4MIS OaEIAND, of Cambridge, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Settler, a Bankrupt. Notice is hereby given that the FIRST GENERAL MEETING of Creditors of the above named Bankrupt will be held at my office, Waikato Times Buildings, Victoria-street, Hamilton, on WEDNESDAY, the 20th day of January, 1886, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon. Proof of debt must be furnished prior to or at the meeting. No proof can be admitted, except under order of the Court, after the expiration of three months from the date of filing of the petition. Notice is hereby given that I, Benjamin Garland, of Cambridge, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in New Zealand, settler, have this day filed in the said court at Hamilton a petition to be adjudged a bankrupt.
