Thanks.— On the motion of Mr W. A. Graham, seconded by Mr Chapman Ewen, votes of thanks were accorded to the wardens, the Sunday-school teachers, and the organist for their services during the past year. The Church Contractor.— lt was resolved that amm of £4 be awarded Mr Evans, the contractor for building the chuich, as a further bonus towards covering his loss m satisfaction of all claims, such sum to be paid as soon as the money has been specially raised, and that a subscription list for that purpose be now opened. SeRVICIN FOR THE CURRENT YEAH.— On the motion of Mr Way, seconded by Mr Thomson, it was reaolved that £2« be the contribution towards minister's stipend for a fortnightly service. Election ok Officers.— Archdeacon Willis nominated Mr S. S. Graham as Minister's Warden. Mr A. T. F. Wheeller was elected People's Warden, and the following gentlemen were appninted to act as a committee : — Messrs John Martyn, juu., •G. Way, Chapman Ewen, W. A. Gialtam, and S. J. Thompson. The last named gentleman kindly consented to take the office of treasurer. Gifp Auction.— On the motion of Mr S. S. Graham, it was resolved that a gift auction be held for the purpose of reducing tho bank merdruft, and the following ladies were appointed a committee to arrange the matter :— Me&dames S. S. Graham (convener), John Martyn, jun., Chapman Ewen, L. B. Ewen, Thompson, Barker, Wheeller, W. A. Graham, Mdlles. Barugh, Main, and Edith Ewen, with power to add. Tins concluded tho business and the meeting closed with the benediction.
