BANQUET TO THE PREMIER OF CANADA. London, January 6. A complimentary banquet was given last night to Sir John Macclonalcl, Premier of Canada. Sir Arthur Blyth, Agent-General of South Australia, made a speech on the occasion, in which he said the colonies had proved their loyalty to the Mother Country by their deeds, •vnd that loyalty, lie added, would never fail.
GREECE AND THE POWERS. London, January 5. The Greek Government lias issuvd a joint note to the Powers claiming the delimitation of tin; boundary of Greece in accordance with the treaty of Berlin.
