THE EASTERN QUESTION. Constantinople, December 22.
Till': Commission on the BulgarServian frontier question has arranged for the evacuation of territory. It has been decided that the Servian forces at present in Bulgaria shall evacuate their position on Friday next, and that the Bulgarians who have have advanced into Servia shall retue within the Bulgai ian frontier on Sunday. The prolongation of the armistice until the Ist March next has also been arranged.
