It is believed that .Sir John Kobertsou lias succeeded in forming a Cabinet, and the following are the names .submitted to His Excellency the Go\einor :— -Sir John Robertson, Me->srs>. Burns, Heydon, (^irrelt, Young, G.irVfin, and Dr. Jlenwiolc -the latter with a seat in the Legislative Council. Sir Henry P.irkes, Messrs O'Connor, Foster, and Suttor are stated to have declined office
