MR GLADSTONE AND HIS INTERPRETERS.
London, Dec. 19. The Times to-day states that Mr Gladstone has submitted to Her Majesty the Queen a plan for the re-establishment of the Irish Parliament, and further announces that Her M.ijcsty Ins referred the scheme to Her Miuibtsrs for approval.
