Entries for all Handicaps must be sent to the Secretary, accompanied by the entrance fees, by 8 pm. on Thursday, 17th December. No entrance accepted unless accompanied by the fee. No entries will be received rxcept on the condition that all claims, disputes and objections shall be decided by the committee, such decision to be final.
