London, November 27. During the attack on Widdin by the Servians, they lost 2000 men. Austria is insisting on an armistice between Servia and Bulgaria. Prince Alexander, at the head of .")0,000 men, is marching on Pi rot. Viiinna, November 29. It is announced that the Austrian Government have succeeded in effecting an armistice between Servia and Bulgaria.
[rkutkh's rEr.Fr.nvMs.] Sofia, No\ ember 27. Despatches received from Prince Alexander announce that the Bulgarian troops attacked the Servian forces at Pirot, which place ultimately was captured by the Bulgarians, the Servians being compelled to retreat in the direction of NUch.
