[Received November 25 h, 2 p m ] Melboukxh, November 25. The Feder.il Enabling Bill was read a second time in the Legisla ti\e Council last night, but the final passing of the measure is postponed. The list of creditors of Henry Jlenty, whose failure was announced yesterday, includes among others the name of the National Bank of Australia (who do not claim on the estate) 4 70,000, the Hon. li. Campbell £i:>, 000, and the National Bank of New Zealand £10,000.
