MessisC. LeQuesne and Stevens weie added to the committee. The secre tut}' was- instructed to write to Mr C. Tipppn and ask him to act on tho committee, as he was an old suppoiter of the^e, gatherings, and hit experience in the nntter would be of considerable v.iluo to the committee in peifectmg their several .lri.uigements.
