Nkw Yoiik, November 13. Telegrams have been receh ed in this city from Oalvoston, Texas, stating that a disastrous conflagration is raging in that city. The tire broke out this morning, and all etlorts to suppress it have, up to the present, been unsuccessful. Sixty blocks of buildings have already been destroyed, and damage to the extent of upwards of four million pounds has already boendone. Hun dreds of inhabitants have been rendered houseless and destitnte.
