OAMARU, Thursday. At the Resident Magistiate's Court today, the Rev. Seth Smith was committed for tii;\l at the Supreme Couit for criminal libel. The libel was mentioned in a document alleging lmmoidlity on the pait of the sons of Mr C. (*. Moore, late President of the Blue Ribbon Army, whom Mi- Seth .Smith and other members of the committee forced fiom otface. The piosecution was bi ought at the instance of one of Mr Moore's sons.
