Property-tax Dcpai tmeut, Wellington, Sth October, 1885. NOTICE is hcroby given that propertyta\ under "The Property Ux Act, 1583," for the year commencing on the first day of April, one thousand eight hundied and eighty-five, will be payable as follows :—: — In respect of the duty of seveneighths of a penny, wheie the amount of such duty shall be under fifteen pounds, the same shall be paid on the twentysixth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-five. And where such duty amounts to fifteen pounds, or exceeds that sum, the same shall be paid in two equal instalments, the first of such instalments being pay able on the said tweuty-sixth day of Novembei, and the second of such instalments on the tenth day of Felnuaiy, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six : And notice is heieby further given that the places wheie the said tax shall be paid shall be any post office which is also a money ordei ottice, and at tho oihots of the Piopcrty-tax- Commissioner, at the Government Buildings, Wellington.
