The Marquis of Salisbury addrtiised a public meeting in Lambeth last night. In the course of his .speech he refet I'd to the question of reciprocal t«irift\ and pronounced in favour of repiisiK against those eountiies which refused a leciprocal tariff ; and further urged that the duties now le\ ied .should be reduced in favour of the goods imported from the British colonies.
