The Bulgarians have established .i blockade on their western frontier, and have threatened to shoot any Servians found crossing into Bulgarian territory. King Milan, of Servi.i, has is-aied instructions to his troops to retaliate should violence l>e offered them. In consequence of the threatening aspect of aflkirs, numbers of Servians are leaving the tuwu of Widdin and taking refuge in Servian territory.
