FRENCH VICTORY IN TONQUIN. Paris, October 27.
The Government are in receipt ot despatches from General DeCourcey, commanding the French forces in rouquin, announcing that his troops succeeded in capturing the Black Flag stronghold Thaw Mai, completely dispersing the enemy and occupying the position in force.
