Special atteution is directed to the Company's brand in this line, which, with the facilities aflorded by the cold-air piocess, cau be cured in mild pickle, and th« necessity of cutting up in small pieces obviated. WHOLESALE BUTTER DEPOT. The Company is about to open a laige Wholesale Butter Depot at their Freezing Woikt>, Railway Whaif. Cooling Chambers and tho necessary plant are now being prepared. It is anticipated that witli the appliances, cold-air chambers, and facilities for dealing with the c\er increasing surplus, tlie Company will be able to offer a regular and satisfactory market for Dairy Produce. Tho Company's Managers of this branch are cash purchasers of Prime Butter and IV s - h Egga. Biown, of the Auckland Univereitv, to act at their Aualjst, and ho has agreed to certify to the Analysis of Superphosphates. The Company will defray tho cost of any Analysis of Manures purchased direct from them and duly sampled, the result of which may be proved to fall below theguarautecd Btaudard, and albo allow 4s Gd per ton per unit for the deficiency. The Company is now prepaicd to cuter into arrangements for storing Gen£lUL Merchandise, etc., at cuncnt ratet. The Stores have a line of rail running through the building to the end of tq« Railway Wharf, so that all cartage, either by rail or by ressel, is avoided.
