THE FRENCH ELECTIONS. Paris, October 19.

The result of the balloting shows a considerable majority. A Press Association message says : The latest information regarding the strength of parties in France gives the Republicans 391, and the Censerratives 205 members. In the final ballot for the Senate the Due de Broglie and the Due de Cazcs were defeated. A FreycinetFloquet Cabinet is consideral probable. The re-election of M.F.P. Jules Grevy as President is considered certain.
