At the clearance wale of Mr John (Jifford's live and dead stock on Friday, 2."> th ult., there was a laigo and representative attendance of settlers Competition for .til lots was keen, especially for the furniture and implements, and with the exception of the w.iggon and names*, all was sold at satisfactory price*. At the Cambndge Horse Bazaar on Satur day last, a laiger amount of business was done than for some tuuo past. There was a numerous attendance, and many hoi-.es ""wore »old At advanced prices. Tho Duihain Yards were occupied by about an average number of local animals. There w.i^ a steady demand throughout, and nearly all entered changed hands.
