Consequent upon the temporary stoppage of production during the transfer of the Company's Meat preserving Works fiom Auckland to Waitaia, and owing to the fact that the rescue which had been relied upon to meet current demands was taken by the New South Wales Government for the Soudan expedition, the Company has been unable to comply with numerous demands fiom customers, but is now prepared to execute with ptomptitudc all orders with which it may be favoured. WHOLESALE BUTTER DEPOT. The Company is about to open a laige Wholesale Butter Depot at their Freezing^ Woik-, Railway Whaif. Cooling (.'hnmbeis and the necessary plant are now beiug^ prcpaied. It is anticipated that with the appliances, cold air chambers, and facilities for dealing wit'i the evei increasing suiplus, the Company will be able to offer a regular and satisfactoiy maiket for Dairy Produce The Company s Managers of this bianch are cash purchasers of Pi nne Butter and Kit'sli E^g-.
