Notices. rpOWNSHIP OF KIHIKIHI. The Rating Act, 1876. PROCEEDINGS FOR THE RECOVERY OF RATES. It is heieby publicly notified that summonses were this, day issued in the Resident Magistiate's Couit at Te Awamutu against the several persons hereunder specified, for the recovery of the scveial amounts of rates set opposite to the names or desoiiptious of such pei sons, iv respect of the various allotments hereunder appearing. The summonses are returnable at the Resident Magistiate's Court, at Te Awamutu aforesaid, on Thursday, the twentyfomth day of September, 1883, at the hour of 11 o'clock in the forenoon. The said several persona aro hereby respectively required to produce to the said Conit, at the healing of such summonses the original notices of demand which were served upon the said various allotments respectively.
