B«d we»th>!r, with heavy thunder and lightning, was experienced here yesterday. The lightning stiuck the wire rope and rails on the Koranui coal incline and ran into the mine. Several hands and a pony were knocked down by thr ie\enty of the shock. No injury to life or limb resulted, but work on both the Koranui and Wostport inclines wai temporarily discontinued.
