The Secietaiy, Mi Mooie, lead the minutes of the pieuous meeting, also the balance sheet foi the ye ir, winch weie adopted. Major Wilson was ieapp>inted president, Mi K. \V. Dyet aud Di. Vote- of thanks were passed to Mr J. Thomson for looking aftei the couit, aud to the secretary, Mr Moore. This concluded the meeting.
