Public Notification is hereby made in teims of Section 3t of "The Rating Act, ISS2,'' that Summonses have been taken out on behalf of the Chairman, Membeisand Inhabitants of the Mangapiko Road Di tiict against the under mentioned persons or owners of the undei mentioned lots in the Palish of Mangapiko to attend the Resident Magistrate's Court, holden at Alexandia, on FRIDAY, the 28th Augiibt, ISSo, at 11 o'clock in the foienoon, to answer the demand of the said Chairman, Members and Inhabitants for Rates due to the said Chaiiman, Membeis and Inhabitants. The said defendants are also required to have and produce to the Couit the original notices of demand.
