Sin Mich\j:l Hicks Beach last night made a statement as to the intentions of the Government in regard to Egyptian affairs. He informed the House th.it England would act in concert with the Great Powers, especially Turkey, in all matters touching Egypt. The British forces would remain in that country until the projected reforms were completed.
