The election of a member of Parliament for North Lincolnshire, in place of Mr Holland Winn, who has boon ele\ .itod to the Peerage, took place to-day, and resulted in. the return of tin Conservative candidate, Mr Atkinson, who defeated Sir Henry Thompson, the Liberal candidate, by a larger m.ijoiHy than th.it polled by Mr Wink .it the last election.
