THE NEW MINISTRY. London, July 1.

Mr Webster, Q.C., the new Attorney-General, was elected for Launceston to-day by a majority of 43, and Mr Ashinead Bartlett, who is appointed one of the Lords of the Admiralty, was re-elected for Eye by a majority of 137. The remaining members of the new Ministry have all been reelected without opposition, with the exception of Lord Randolph Churchill, who is opposed in his candidature for Woodstock.
