Tsa Khan, aided by Russian allies, has broken out into open re\olt against Abburlali Khan, the Afghan Governor of the pro\inco of Kundu/, in the north-ea.st of Afghanistan. He i.s stated to have taken forcible possession of the tow 11 of Khanabad, a short distance from Kundu/, the capital of the province, and has there seized treasures belonging to the Ameer of Afghanistan to the extent of one million pounds sterling.
