Auditors' Report. The Account? of-* the Rukuhia Chense and Bacon Factory Company (Limited), consisting of the Profit and Loss Account, Balance bhect and Statement of Assets mid Liabilities for the year ending May 31st, ISSS, have been audited by us, and, after comparing with the Vouchers and Hooks of the Company, we ceitify to their correctness. The Chairman explained that the loss show u was owing to the fact that, another f.ictoiy having started at Pukciunu, the mdk supply had fallen off. The factory was capable, without any additional labour, of woikingup treble the quantity of milk sent in. He had reason to believe that the supply next season would bu largely increased. The pigs had returned good profit. Seveial shateholders spoke, all expressin" confidence in the prospects of the company, and the balance-sheet was then adopted. Messis S. Steele, G. Way, Jas. Gribble, J. Newman, A. Bell, H. Kusabs, and R. N. Buttle were re-elected directors on the motion of Capt. Steele, seconded by Mr James Hume. It was resolved that the directois be lequcsted to take the necessary steps to call up further capital to the extent of 5s per share. Messrs A. Campbell and Gco. Kdeecumbe were appointed auditors for the ensuing year. The first Monday in June in each year was fixed as the date on which to hold the anmul meeting of shareholders. A letter was lead from Mr James (inbble, one of the directors, who was uii.ibU' to attend, expressing his views, m regard to the price to be paid for milk, and other matters in connection with the working of the tactory. This was all the business. A meeting of diiectori was held subsequently, at which it was decided to defer the question of calling up fuither capital until the next meeting. — Several small accounts vcie passed for payment.
