Datk ok Reduction. — Respecting the reduction of domain icnts, a telegram was re.id from the Minister for Lands to the effect that the reduction dated from the 10th Februai y. It wab pointed out that Mr Moon had got th« use of this section on the con dition that ceitain improvements should be effected.
