Agiecably to an application made by the W.ukato Coal and Shipping Company (Limited), and in terms of &üb-section 2 of section 94, Public Works Act, 1882, public notice is hereby given that the Waikato County Council propose to STOP PORTIONS OF THE MAIN ROAD «it Huntly hereinunder mentioned, viz. : — (») That portion of the Road lying within section 55, Parish of Taupiri, containing 3 roods and 26 perches, more or less. (b) A portion of the Road lying within section 56, Parish of Taupiri, containing 2 roods and 22 perches, more or less. (c) A portion of the Road within section 54, Parish of Taupiri, containing 9 perches, more or less.
