The following regulation for tho sale of poisons coined into force oti thu Ist July : — Every seller of poison, or of any poisonous admixture, shall enclose such poieon or admixture in a bottlj of octagonal shape, and shall, before delivering the same to the. pin chaser, firmly affix to such bottle a label with the word " Poison," in white letters on red giouml, appeal ing thcieon.
