An EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of tlie Shareholders of above Company will be held on THURSDAY, May 7th, at 7.30 p.m. in the legisteied office of the Company, Hamilton Auction Mait. Bl'M.Nhss • To confirm or ictuse to confirm the following lesolutions passed at an Extiaordinnry Goncial Meeting of Shaieholdeis held on Apul '21st, authoiibing the Dnectoi.s :— \tt. To call up T)s of the uncall'd up capital in rive calls of Is per share at intervals of not less than one moth. '_'ud. To alter the Ai tides of Association of the Company in the following respects, vi/.. :—: — (1) To eliminate the woids " executors and administrator iv Regulation No. 10 of Table B, annexed to the Articles of Association, and to substitute theiefor the woids " peisonal representatives."
