To .\ltcr the Articles of Assou ation of the Company in the following respects, viz. :—: — (1) To eliminate the words " evecutois and administrator in Regulation No. 10 of Table B, anuoNed to the Articles of Association, and to substitute theicfcr the words " peisonal repiesentntives." (2) To oh initiate tho word " or" m i emulation No. 23, and to substitute the word "and." (3) To repeal regulation 7a of the Aiticles of Association, and iufiliations Nos. 88 and 87 annexed thereto and to substitute tho following regulation therefor, to be called regulation No. 7a. All noticeß directed by these Articles or the said Act to be given lo or suived upon any shareholder nny be given or served (1) person.illy, (2) by sending them through the post in a prepaid letter addiessed to the shareholder at his registeicd place of abode, or (3) by advertisement in t.ucli newspapers m the North Island of New Zealand as the Director for the time being may think fit ; and the appearance of any such advertisement in any such newspaper shall \cpruna facie evidence that the 1 ircctors authorised the insertion of the same therein.
