London, April 23.— Consols remain at 93.5. —The bank rate remains at 3i, and the market rate is 2% per cent.— The total reserve of notes and bullion in the Bank of England is £17,200,000-.m increase r>f half n million during the week. Th« proportion of the reserve to the liabilities is still 48 per cent.— New Zealand Securities remain at List quotations, viz :— The 5 per cent. 10 40 loan is 100$ ; the 4J per cent, stock is 100$ ; and tho 4 per cent, inscribed stock, 90$.— Colonial breadstuff* and talloware unchanged.— April 2f5.-Two per cent, consols are quoted at 93$.— New Zealand securities : ."> ppr cent, 10-10 loan 100V ; the 44 percent. 1879-1904 loan, 100^ ; and the 4~percont. inscribed stock 91^. — Colonial breadstuff* : Adelaide wheat, ex store, 38s ; ditto, off coist, 3i)s ; Adelaide flour, ex store, 27s ; New Zo.vl.ind wheat, ex store, 32s to 37s ; ditto off coast.— The tfotal quantity of wheat afloat for iix eat Britiin in 2,970,000 quartern, mi inciea-.e of 110,000 quarters duiinj,' tho week.— Tallow and hides are unchanged.
