WILLIAM RATTRAY begs to announce that all accounts (without exception) were closed on the Ist inst , and that on that date he commenced his new NET CASH SYSTEM. To tho-<e who are disinclined to pay for some who cannot pay, or otheri who wont pay, this ay-tern offers decided advantages. Its adoption means a large saving in oilieo and clcricil expense <, and does away entirely with the n«U of bad debts. It enables him to lemit monthly to his London buyer, thereby securing the large concession that accompany cash pui chases. These savings and concessions com bined enable him to sell at WHOLESALE PRICES FOR PROMPT NKT CASH. That is, a customer can obtain one yard or twenty of any material at the same price as though purchased at a local wholesale waiehouse.
