To alter the Aitieles of Association of the Company in the following respects, v u. : — (1) To eliminate the vvords " executor» and administrators in Regulation No. 10 of Table B, annexed to the Ai tides of Association, and to substitute therefor the words "peisonal representatives." (2) To eliminate the word "or" in regulation No. 23, and to «übstitute the nord " and." (4) To add to regulation No. 01 the following sub section, to be called sub-section (6) :—: — An entry in any minute book of tho Company of the election or appointment of any chairman, director, secretary or other officer shall be conclusive evidence in any Court of such election or appointment. (.">) To repeal regulation 7a of the Articles of Association, and regulations Nos. 83 and 87 annexed thereto and to substitute the following regulation therefor, to be called regula tion No. 7 v. All notices directed by these Articles or the said Act to be giv en to or served upon any shareholder may be given or served (1) personally, (2) by sending them through the post in a prepaid letter addiessed to the shareholder at his registered place of abode, or (3) by advertisement in such newspaper in the North Island of New Zealand as the Directors for the time being may think fit ; and the appearance of any such advertisement in any such newspaper shall be p> una ftn ie evidence that the Directors authorised the insertion of the same therein. All notices heretofore given or served upon any shareholder by the Company in any of the fore going modes shall be deemed and taken for all purposes to have been sufficiently given or served.
