Yon Stunner, (J. Edgecumbe. The Chairman lead the notice calling the meeting, and confirmed the minute* of the previous ineututtf, The secretary then presented the balance-shout made up to 31st March aw follows :—

It wan also decided that a general meeting of milncribers should be called at an early date for the election of a new coinmittoo, to levise the rules, to consider the advisability of holding a spiing show, and any other business in tho interest of the association.
