Rev i Noruia Snake Victory Prospero Victoria Alpha Cast Ashore On healing that the turning of-*^' first sod of the Trunk Railway wmSxmt for Wednesday, the utew.ird-. of the Cambiidge Jockey Club communicated with Mr Stout, asking him to have the day of the ceremony altered to suit many Cambridge settlers desirous of attending botli races and the turning of the sod. Mr Stout replied on Saturday night th.it hr could not definitely state what could be done, but would make enquiries. Subsequently the following wire was received :— "Regret to find after making full enquiues that the ceremony cannot be postponed.
