Brsi.NKss : 1. To pass, or decline to pass, a resolution sanctioning the calling up of the uncalled capital of the Company. 2. To alter the Articles of Association of the Company in the following respects, \ }/.. :—: — (1) To eliminate the words "executors and administrators in Regulation No. 10 of Table B, annexed to the Articles of Association, and to substitute therefor the words " personal representatives." (2) To eliminate the word "or" in regulation No. 23, and to substitute the word " and." (3) To add to regulation No. 61 the following sub section, to be called sub section (o) :—: — In any proceeding by the Company against any shareholder or the peisonal repicscntatives of any shaicholdcr for the recoveiy of calls, a lesolution purpoi tint; to be a resolution of the Dnectois, making a call .appealing in the book in which such a resolution ought to be entered, or a copy of such resolution veiified as being such by the statutory declaiation of the Secretary, a Dneetoi, a Manager, or other officer of the company, for the time being w hose signature it shall not be necessary to prove shall be pi win June evidence that such call was duly made. (5) To repeal regulation 7a of the Articles of Association, and regulations Nos. 85 and 87 annexed thereto and to "substitute the following regulation therefor, to be called regulation No. 7a. All notices directed by these Articles or the said Act to be given to or served upon any shareholder may be given or served (1) personally, (2) by sending them through the post in a prepaid letter addressed to the shareholder at his registered place of abode, or (3) by advertisement in such newspaper in the Not th Island of New Zealand as the Directors for the time being may think fit ; and the appearance of any such advertisement in any such newspaper shall be pumn I'm ie evidence that the Directors authorised the insertion of tho same therein.
