The Anglo-Russian Outlook. The Wellington correspondent of the Star telegraphs to-day :— " lam informe I that the Agent-Gcneiul advises the Government in the fiiot place that the position of Anglo- Russian allaus remains unaltered. The Command of the Forces. Col. Hewitt, it is undei stood, has accepted the appointment of the Volunteer forces of the colony, and will leave immediately for Ins new sphcie of action.
