(2) To eliminate the word "or" in regulation No. 23, and to substitute the word "and." (3) To add to regulation No. 61 the following subsection, to bo called sub section (o) :— In any proceeding by the Company against any shareholder or the personal representatives of any shareholder for the recovery of calls, a resolution purporting to be a icsolution of the Dnectois, making a call appearing m the book in which such a resolution j ought to be entered, or a copy of such resolution verified as being such by the statutory declaration of the Secretary, a Director, a Manager, or other officer of the company, for thti time being whose signature it shall not be necessary to prove shall be pniun Jin a evidence that such call was duly made. (4) To add to regulation No. 6' l the following sub-section, to be called sub section (G) :—: — Au entry in any minute-book of the Company of the election or appointment of any chairman, cliiector, sccretaiy or other omccr shall be conclusive evidence in any Court of &uch election or appointment.
