Abdurrahman Khan, tlie Amir of Ail^hanistan, arrived to-day at lt.unul Piudi, where he was for111,illy recehed by Earl Dutfenn, Viceroy of India,. The reception ceremony was of a xi^y imposing nature, and v.is numerously attended by the British-Indian dignitaries.
