Government has sis yet received no answer to the communication addressed by Lord Gr.inville to the Russian Foreign Officer on the 10th of March on the subject of the Aftghan frontier dispute.
It is announced that General Sir Fredk. Roberts, with a force of 25,000 men, now being mobilised, will proceed without delay to occupy the Bolan Pass.
