For Cambridge, C. Bull and H. Burt bowled (particularly straight. Tlie lattei took fi\e wickets. The Cambridge buys then hud their first inning*, and made 44 runs, tho .same as Hamilton. F. Davies played very carefully for his five, and wa* badly run out. Cambridge now went in for their second inning. The] wickets fell fast, but runs came slowly. Seven wicket* wore down foi 29. T. Hickn, howover, rained tho hop'js of his side. He treated tho Hamilton bowlers with great impartiality, and was scoring very rapidly when T. Daviea knocked his wickets down. Murray and T. Davie*. Sergeant Steelo umpired for Cambridge, and Mr J. Voreker Bindon for Hamilton.
